Want to meet with me? Go ahead and select a time and it will automatically be added to my calendar!
Meeting can be in person or on Zoom/Phone. All in person meetings will take place in one of my offices (The system will automatically email you with a calendar invitation - ACCEPT IT! When I update it with the location, you'll see it show up on your calendar. Look for the "Location" listed in the calendar entry), unless we agree on another location in advance.
The times below are in 30 minute increments during my scheduled office hours (I have approximately 10-11 office hours per week) and during other times. If these times do not work for you, please email me to set up an appointment. Note, you must arrive for your meeting within 10 minutes of the start time, or notify me that you’ll be late - otherwise you’ll need to reschedule for another time.
All times listed in Central Standard or Daylight time zone.
Also, students be advised: *The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records, including the right to provide consent before the University discloses personally identifiable information from your student education records, except to the extent that FERPA authorizes disclosure without consent. This basically means you have the right to keep your educational records confidential unless disclosure falls under one of the exceptions to FERPA. As our upcoming advising meeting will be a remote Zoom meeting, I understand it is possible that others may be present in the room during the meeting. If you want our meeting to be private, please schedule a time when others will not be present or have the meeting in a location that is private. If others are present, you have the option to move to a private location, consent to proceed with others present, or reschedule the conference for a time when others will not be present. Please feel free to ask questions or let me know of any concerns you have.* By booking an appointment, you indicate that you have read, understand, and agree with this statement.
